Shipping Policy
At Yianna, we proudly offer worldwide shipping.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment is successfully confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and operational demand.
Orders are not considered shipped until tracking information has been issued.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days after the order has been shipped.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, local courier performance, weather conditions, peak periods, and other factors outside our control.
3. Worldwide Shipping
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, and that the product can legally be imported into their country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s sole responsibility.
4. No Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. Because we begin preparing orders promptly, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances after an order is submitted.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to receive the package
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to pay customs or import charges
If any of the above occurs, the customer will be responsible for paying the full shipping fee again before the order can be reshipped.
Yianna is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the shipping carrier, Yianna is no longer responsible for the package.
- Lost in transit
- Stolen after delivery
- Delivered to the provided address
- Marked as delivered by the carrier
If tracking shows the package as delivered, this will be considered proof of delivery, and no refund, replacement, or chargeback support will be provided.
If a customer believes a package has been lost or stolen, they must contact the shipping carrier directly.
7. Shipping Delays
Yianna is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including:
- Customs delays
- Courier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Transportation issues
- Public holidays
- Peak seasons
- Regional service interruptions
Shipping delays do not qualify the order for cancellation, refund, or replacement.
8. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring updates and coordinating with the courier if needed.
9. Returned Packages
If a package is returned for reasons beyond our control (failed delivery, refusal, unclaimed delivery, or unpaid customs fees), the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If reshipment is requested, a new shipping fee must be paid in full.
10. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
11. Agreement to Policy
By placing an order with Yianna, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
